So, after a revelation about how much money and time I put into my computer, I put it up on Craigslist for $1200.

Today, I found someone willing to trade their car for it, maybe.

The car? Blue 1991 Miata automatic with 177k miles. He says it has cosmetic rust in quarters and part of the rockers. It has had the timing belt, water pump, battery, starter, alternator, belts, and tires replaced this year.

Edit:I saw the bad window. It comes with a replacement. Also the passenger side window doesn't work.

I'm determined to get rid of the computer. If I had the ability to just save $2k I would do it, but I'm a broke motherfucker and I need a car before winter. The tiny Tohru truck is practically rust free so I can't drive it in the snow. I don't really give a shit what I end up with as long as I get a street legal running and driving vehicle in exchange for my car.

I know those feels. My wife and kids keep me too busy to get carried away with videogames or internet nonsense anymore. A Macbook Air was a great blessing to me with standby battery of a month and could go from closed to actually using it in a matter of seconds and weighed next to nothing I would find little moments to browse online or play Diablo III and could shut it and put it back in my bag and return to normal life very quickly.
